4pm 6/9/2017 UPDATE: Russell Orgeron has been located and reunited with family members. He had been in a hospital since Tuesday.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced a Silver Alert has been issued statewide for 66-year-old Russell Orgeron of Larose who has been missing since Monday, June 5, 2017. He was last seen in Larose on Monday. Orgeron is a white male, 5’8 tall, and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and gray hair, and he is likely to be driving a white Chevrolet S10 pickup truck with a Louisiana license plate: W431555. If anyone has seen Orgeron or has any knowledge of his whereabouts, please contact the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office immediately at (985) 532-2808 or simply dial 9-1-1.
