UPDATE: Jamyre Mitchell has been found and is safe.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre is asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Jamyre Mitchell of Thibodaux. He was last seen leaving the Thibodaux Positive Action School Site (P.A.S.S.) at around 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 25. Jamyre is described as 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket, blue polo shirt, khaki pants, and black Nike shoes. Anyone with information on Jamyre’s whereabouts is asked to call the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office at (985) 532-2808, or simply call 9-1-1.
